New aluminium displacer and complete overhaul set for G60 loader
Details displacer:
New G60 Motorsport - displacer made of aluminium 7075. The displacer fits into the housing without any adjustment work. We used the same contour as for our G65 chargers, which is based on the original motorsport contour. We also added the spiral walls to the bearing seat for reinforcement. The seat for the oil seals has been optimised to prevent them from slipping out. The displacer is for the rigid needle bearing (wobble eye) from the 1st and 2nd generation. This must be converted from an existing displacer or ordered separately.
A suitable absorber weight is included in the scope of delivery!
The overhaul set for G60 G-superchargers contains the following parts:
- 8 sealing strips Sintimid 8000
- 2 auxiliary shaft bearings FAG
- 3 main bearings FAG
- toothed belt Gates 11 mm
- set of housing screws
- grease for needle bearing - filling quantity: 10 gram, syringe
- 5 shaft sealing rings Theibach-Performance
Our shaft seals/Simmerrings are produced with the latest machinery. They withstand the extreme demands of the G-loader. Our shaft seals are in no way inferior to the original and are ideally suited for use in the G-Lader.
