Original G60 body halves are reworked. The running surfaces are milled out deeper so that the G65 displacer (63.0 mm chamber depth) has sufficient space in the housing.
The displacer is an absolutely new part, which has been improved once again with regard to the contour. We have included the VW motorsport contour for this.
The G65 charger is glass bead blasted and then sealed with clear lacquer. This gives it a new look. On request, we can also coat the housing with plastic. Our G65 G-Superchargers are only equipped with high-quality parts:
- 3 main bearing (FAG)
- 2 auxiliary shaft bearing (FAG)
- 5 shaft sealing rings (Theibach)
- 8 sealing strips (Sintimid)
-1 toothed belt (Gates 11 mm)
The G65 G-Supercharger fits the original mounting points without modifications.
You send us your complete G60 charger and you will receive a G65 charger in exchange. You will also receive the old G60 displacer back. The chamber walls and sealing strip guides on your G60 charger must not be damaged.
The loader wheel must be mounted and sealed by us.
