Manufacturing of a G65-loader with your delivered G-loader.
We mill your housing halves to a chamber depth of 63.5 mm so that the G65 displacer (63.0 mm chamber depth) has the required space in the housing. The G65 displacer is an absolutely new part, which has been further improved with regard to the contour. We have included the VW motorsport contour for this.
For the conversion you deliver us a complete G60 charger. The housing halves may have shrunk, the sealing strip grooves must be undamaged. The displacer may be defective or missing. Main and auxiliary shaft must be undamaged.
The delivered housing is glass bead blasted and then sealed with clear lacquer. This gives it an appearance as good as new. On request we can coat the housing with plastic. We only use our high-quality parts for the conversion:
- 3 main bearing (FAG)
- 2 auxiliary shaft bearing (FAG)
- 5 shaft sealing rings (Theibach)
- 8 sealing strips (Sintimid)
- 1 toothed belt (Gates 11 mm)
The G65 G-Supercharger fits the original mounting points without modifications. When you send us your G-Lader for conversion, please enclose the order form. The processing time is about 2 - 3 weeks and we will convert your G60 charger to G65. You will receive exactly the housing sent to us as G65.
The loader wheel must be assembled and sealed by us.
