New motorsport displacer for all G60 G superchargers made of magnesium.
In the further development of the G60 displacer, the weak points of the original parts have been eliminated. The ends of the spiral are continued up to the bearing seat as in generation three of the G60 G supercharger to prevent tearing of the material in the area of the bearing seat and to increase stability.
The weight of our G60 displacer is only 712 grams, which is the original weight.
A high-precision 5-axis CNC milling machine, which works with an accuracy of 5 µm, is used for the production. For quality assurance, each individual displacer is measured by laser.
The displacer is delivered without bearings, sealing strips and oil seals.
