Fabrication of a G65 loader with your delivered G loader.
Here in the version with Magnesium displacer. The Mag displacer is only 18 grams heavier than an original G60 displacer.
We mill your casing halves to a chamber depth of 63 mm so that the G65 Mag displacer (63 mm chamber depth) has the required space in the casing. The G65 displacer is an absolutely new part. We have included the contour of the VW motorsport displacer here.
For the conversion, you supply us with a complete G60 supercharger. The casing halves may have shrunk, the sealing strip grooves must be undamaged. The displacer may be defective or missing. The main and auxiliary shafts must be undamaged.
The delivered casing is cleaned and glass bead blasted. If desired, we can coat the housing with plastic. We only use our high-quality parts for the rebuild:
- 3 main bearings (FAG)
- 2 auxiliary shaft bearings (FAG)
- 5 shaft sealing rings (Theibach)
- 8 sealing strips (Sintimid)
- 1 toothed belt (Gates 11.5 mm)
The G65 G-Lader fits to the original mounting points without any modifications. The G-Supercharger is delivered with either a 72mm or 74mm supercharger wheel. If you send us your G-Supercharger for conversion, please enclose the order form. The processing time is approx. 2 - 3 weeks, but can vary under certain circumstances. We convert your G60 supercharger to G65. You will receive the exact casing sent to us back as a G65. Your old displacer will also be returned to you.
