G-Lader Check - Inspection for G40, G60 and G65 loaders

Check / inspection of your G-loader - without replacing wear parts.

It is advisable to regularly check the condition of the loader, even if the overhaul interval has not yet been reached. In this way, incipient damage or signs of wear can be detected in good time and expensive repairs can be prevented. The G-Supercharger check is comparable to the customer service on a vehicle - regular maintenance is part of a good history.

The scope of the G-charger check includes:
- Open the G-charger
- Rough cleaning of the displacer and housing
- Check wear parts (bearings, sealing strips, WDRs and timing belts) for damage and wear
- Check displacer, housing and shafts for damage and wear

If additional work is required during the G-Lader check, this will not be carried out without consulting you. If a complete overhaul is necessary, the check will be charged together with the overhaul.
