The G-loader is disassembled and always cleaned in the parts washer and then checked.
During the overhaul all wearing parts are replaced:
- 2 main bearings housing (FAG)
- 1 displacement bearing INA
- 2 auxiliary shaft bearings (FAG)
- 5 shaft sealing rings (TP - Theibach Performance)
- 8 sealing strips (Sintimid)
- 1 toothed belt 11.5 mm (Gates)
Of course, assembly and functional testing as well as disposal of old parts.
For further services beyond the offer specified here, it is a further offer on request for which a separate request form can be filled out and sent. If you would like to bring the G-Lader to us personally, please make an appointment.
