Original G60 casing halves are reworked. The running surfaces are milled deeper so that the G65 displacer (63mm chamber depth) has enough space in the housing.
Here in the version with Magnesium displacer. The Mag displacer is only 18 grams heavier than an original G60 displacer.
The displacer is an absolutely new part, which has been improved again with regard to the contour. We have taken the VW motorsport contour for it.
The G65 supercharger is cleaned and the surface of the housing is glass bead blasted, giving the G65 supercharger a like-new appearance. If desired, we can also plastic-coat the housing. Our G65 G-loaders are only equipped with high quality parts:
- 3 main bearings (FAG)
- 2 auxiliary shaft bearings (FAG)
- 5 shaft seals (Theibach)
- 8 sealing strips (Sintimid)
-1 timing belt (Gates 11.5 mm)
The G65 G-Supercharger fits without modifications to the original mounting points. Optionally the supercharger is delivered with a 72mm or 74mm supercharger wheel.
You send us your complete G60 supercharger and receive a G65 supercharger in exchange. The old G60 displacer will also be returned to you. The chamber walls and sealing strip guides on your G60 loader must not be damaged.
