Intercooler upgrade kit EVO II for TTRS 8J and Audi RS3 8P Sportback

The high performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (535 x 260 x 95) and thus offers a 62.5% larger inflow area and 94% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The new Competition high performance mesh ensures sufficient airflow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very light. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminium and were optimised in the CAD system under flow analyses. This intercooler has excellent cooling properties and is just right for racing. The intercooler and the original cross beam form a stable unit and weigh less than 10kg thanks to the new Competition high performance mesh. The assembly is carried out at the original mounting points and is easy to carry out (1:1 replacement). An optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
