Cylinder head machining G60 - Stage I

Machining of a cylinder head from VW G60 Corrado, Golf and Passat.

Thefollowing work is carried out:
- cylinder head disassembly
- cylinder head cleaning
- inlet and outlet channels flow-favourable machining
- valve guides replacement and optimisation
- series valves and valve seat inserts machining
- sealing surface facing the block
- cylinder head from the outside glass bead blasting
- valve grinding
- final assembly with new valve stem seals
- leak test of the cylinder head
