RS3 machining G60 G-Lader - Stage III

Product no.: g60-120

With the RS processing Stage III, the G loader is processed to the maximum.

With this we achieve a significantly lower resistance, which is opposed to the air flow in the G-charger. This results in a quicker build-up of boost pressure, which improves the response and torque. By machining the cooling channels, a thermal relief of the auxiliary shaft bearings is achieved.

- aerodynamic machining of the outlet half of the G-Supercharger
- removal of 3 struts in the outlet half
- optimal opening of the additional air duct of both housing halves
- widening of the cooling holes in the area of the auxiliary shaft for better heat dissipation
- enlargement of the intake to 68mm in both housing halves

Machining is only possible in the course of an overhaul, as otherwise dust and chips would get into the bearings.
