RS2 machining G40 G60 G-Lader - Stage II

Product no.: g60-119

The processing results in a better flow of compressed air. This results in a faster build-up of boost pressure, which improves response and torque. By machining the cooling channels, a thermal relief of the auxiliary shaft bearings is achieved.

- flow-favourable machining of the outlet half of the G-supercharger
- flow-favourable machining of the struts of the bearing seat in the outlet half
- optimum opening of the additional air duct of both housing halves
- extension of the cooling holes in the area of the auxiliary shaft for better heat dissipation

Machining is only possible in the course of an overhaul, as otherwise dust and chips would get into the bearings.
