Intercooler Audi 2.0 TFSI KIT

The Wagner Tuning LLK - Upgrade-Kit for vehicles with the VAG 2,0TFSI.

The high performance intercooler has the following net dimensions (610 x 440 x 65) and thus offers a 10% larger inflow area and 50% more charge air volume compared to the original Audi S3 intercooler. The new Competition high performance mesh still allows sufficient airflow to the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very light (S3 OEM 8kg/ Wagner tuning 9.2kg). The air collectors are made of cast aluminium and were optimised under flow analysis in the CAD system. The inlet and outlet have been enlarged, therefore this kit comes with matching silicone hoses.

The installation is done by replacing the OEM intercooler and is easy to do. An optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
