5PK belt drive - Kit VW Polo G40

The 5PK belt drive replaces the original double V-belt drive that drives the G40 loader in the VW Polo G40 ex works.

The belt slippage is significantly reduced, because the 5 PK belt has a larger contact surface and therefore a better grip. This increases the boost pressure by approx. 0.1 bar. No changes are necessary on the G-charger itself.

Scope of delivery:
1 x crankshaft wheel 5PK
1 x alternator wheel 5PK
1 x loader wheel 5PK
1 x V-ribbed belt

Loader wheel sizes:
- 60mm
- 62mm
- 65mm
- 68mm
- 70mm

The transmission ratio of the belt drive is the same as the original V-belt.
