G-Lader overhaul G60 Charger

Product no.: g60-027

The G-Charger is disassembled and always cleaned in the parts washer and then checked.

During the overhaul all wearing parts are replaced:
- 3 main bearings (FAG)
- 2 auxiliary shaft bearings (FAG)
- 5 shaft sealing rings (Theibach-Performance)
- 8 sealing strips (Sintimid)
- 1 toothed belt 11.5 mm (Gates)

Of course, assembly, completion and functional testing as well as disposal of old parts.

For further services beyond the offer specified here, it is a further offer on request for which a separate request form can be filled out and sent. If you would like to bring the G-Lader to us personally for an overhaul, please make an appointment beforehand.

In the course of the overhaul, the housing can be glass-bead blasted (picture 4) or powder-coated, e.g. in grey-fine structure (picture 5) or many other RAL colours for an additional charge.
