ARP main bearing stud bolt for VW 16V /16VG60 KR / PL / ABF

An important point for the 16VG60 with a lot of power. ARP provides the solution. The stud bolts can withstand significantly more and can be reused. The ARP stud bolts are suitable for the KR, PL and ABF engines.

The up to 30 % stronger expansion steel of ARP products can withstand higher loads and pressures. The tensile strength is approx. 1400 N/mm². For comparison: a standard 10.9 bolt only has a tensile strength of 900 N/mm". The stud bolts are made of 8740 chrome-molybdenum steel and have rounded threads.
