Our new G65 supercharger 2.0 has a completely new housing!
The housing of our G65 supercharger 2.0 is milled / billet from high-quality aluminium (no cast aluminium). As a result, the material is more resistant to abrasion on the running surfaces and the spiral walls are more rigid. The bearing seat in the outlet of the G65 is supported by three struts, which are designed to be somewhat more stable. The surface area of the outlet opening is nevertheless larger. The housing was produced with a greater material thickness in the base area in order to achieve even more stability in the G65 loader 2.0.
The G65 displacer is made of magnesium and was already tested by us years ago. The displacer has undergone minimal changes in the course of housing development.
Until further notice, we are using used and tested small parts as well as main and auxiliary shafts from original G60 superchargers. The gears of the main and auxiliary shafts are new and suitable for a 15mm timing belt.
Our new G65 G-Lader 2.0 fits the original mounting points in all VW Corrado, Passat, Golf and Rallye Golf G60. The intake hose, bypass line and oil connections also fit. No modifications need to be made.
Our G65 G-Laders are only equipped with high-quality parts:
- 3 main bearings (FAG)
- 2 auxiliary shaft bearings (FAG)
- 5 oil seals (Theibach)
- 8 sealing strips (Sintimid)
- 1 timing belt 15mm
Surface:
The housing has a cleanly milled surface. The high-quality aluminium meets the requirements in the engine compartment. No aluminium corrosion occurs even during winter operation.
The housing can optionally be powder-coated in black matt or grey fine structure, as shown in Fig. 6.
The 70, 72, 74 or 76 mm pulley is fitted and sealed by us.
