Machining of a cylinder head from VW G60 Corrado, Golf, Passat and the assembly of larger exhaust valves (36mm)

Thefollowing work is carried out:
- cylinder head disassembly
- cylinder head cleaning
- flow-optimised machining of inlet and exhaust ports
- 4x seat ring 35mm assembly and machining
- valve guides replacement and optimisation
- optimum machining of series valves inlet
- 4x modified exhaust valve (35mm)
- cylinder head glass bead blasting from outside
- plan sealing surface towards the block
- grind in valves
- final assembly with new valve stem seals
- leak test
