Original G60 case halves are reworked. The treads are milled out deeper so that the G65 displacer (63mm chamber depth) has enough space in the housing.
Our G65 with Mag displacer are unfortunately sold out.
Here in the version with Magnesium displacer. The Mag displacer is only 18 grams heavier than an original G60 displacer.
The displacer is an absolutely new part, which has been improved once again with regard to the contour. We have included the VW motorsport contour for this.
The G65 loader is cleaned in an ultrasonic bath and therefore has a new look. On request we can also coat the housing with plastic. Our G65 G-Superchargers are only equipped with high-quality parts:
- 3 main bearing (FAG)
- 2 auxiliary shaft bearing (FAG)
- 5 shaft sealing rings (Theibach)
- 8 sealing strips (Sintimid)
-1 toothed belt (Gates 11 mm)
The G65 G-Supercharger fits the original mounting points without modifications.
You send us your complete G60 charger and you will receive a G65 charger in exchange. You will also receive the old G60 displacer back. The chamber walls and sealing strip guides on your G60 charger must not be damaged.
The loader wheel must be mounted and sealed by us.
