G65 loader / G-Lader 2.0 new housing from TP - without AT

Our new G65-Lader 2.0 has a completely new manufactured housing!

The housing of our G65-Lader 2.0 is milled from high quality aluminium (no cast aluminium). This gives the material a higher resistance to abrasion on the running surfaces and the spiral walls a higher stiffness. The bearing seat in the outlet of the G65 is supported by three struts, which are constructed somewhat more stable. The area of the outlet is nevertheless increased. The bottom of the housing is made of a thicker material to achieve even more stability in the G65 Loader 2.0.

The G65 displacer is made of aluminium and has been tested for years. The displacer has undergone minimal changes during the development of the housing.

Until further notice we use used and tested small parts as well as main and auxiliary shafts from original G60 loaders.

Our new G65 G-Lader 2.0 fits to the original mounting points in all VW Corrado, Passat, Golf and Rallye Golf G60 Also suction hose, bypass line and oil connections are suitable. No changes have to be made.

Surface:
The housing has a cleanly milled surface. The high-quality aluminium meets the requirements in the engine compartment. No aluminium corrosion occurs even during winter operation.

Optionally, the housing can be powder-coated in black matt or grey fine structure, as shown in picture 6.

The loader wheel is mounted and sealed by us.
