The G60 Loader 2.0 has a new billet housing - the housing is milled from solid aluminium.
The housing of our G60 supercharger 2.0 is milled / billet from high-quality aluminium (no aluminium casting). The material is therefore more resistant to abrasion on the running surfaces. The spiral walls have a higher stiffness. The 3 struts in the exhaust half are slightly larger, but only 3. The area of the exhaust opening is therefore larger than with 6 struts. In the bottom area of the housing we work with a greater material thickness to create more stability in the housing of the G60-Lader 2.0.
The displacer of the G60 is made of magnesium and has been tried and tested by us for years.
Currently we can still fall back on good used parts for the main and auxiliary shafts, as well as for the small parts. A 15mm toothed belt with corresponding new toothed wheels is installed.
The new G60 G-Supercharger 2.0 fits the original mounting points of all G60 vehicles. The original charge air duct and oil supply also fit. No modifications have to be made to the vehicle.
Our G60 G-Superchargers are equipped only with high quality parts:
- 3 main bearings (FAG)
- 2 auxiliary shaft bearings (FAG)
- 5 oil seals (Theibach)
- 8 sealing strips (Sintimid)
- 1 timing belt 15mm
Surface:
The housing has a cleanly milled surface. The high-quality aluminium meets the requirements of the engine compartment. No aluminium corrosion occurs even during winter operation.
Optionally, the housing can be powder-coated in black matt, or grey fine structure, as shown in picture 6, or with a matt surface, as shown in picture 7.
The loader wheel in 70, 72 or 74mm is mounted and sealed by us.
